Tactical Communications and Mobility
CACI delivers scalable solutions to meet the unique communications needs of the many different users in the DHS Tactical Communications (TacCom) community. Our team represents a complete complement of capabilities and resources to provide industry-leading TacCom infrastructure services and operations and maintenance service offerings. Our solutions are tightly coupled to our organic and fully matured CACI Delivery Methodology, which has successfully delivered similar capabilities to other agencies throughout the federal government. In addition to our DHS experience, CACI has expertise in providing communications capabilities for National Special Security Events (NSSE), public safety, and law enforcement operations to support both routine and rapid-response requirements and meet mission imperatives.
CACI provides a full range of logistics services, including supply and value chain management, acquisition logistics, distribution and transportation logistics, deployment, logistics training, RFID/logistics integration fleet support, and flyaway communications kits. We keep DHS personnel supplied, equipped, and ready worldwide. Learn more about our Logistics and Material Readiness Solutions.
CACI provides our customers with the ability to calculate and report readiness for equipment and systems, prioritize supply and maintenance actions based upon their contribution to readiness, and identify funding required to reach a selected level of material readiness based upon equipment material condition. Our work in this area includes developing and implementing comprehensive maintenance management support systems for major U.S. Coast Guard ships, including the new National Security Cutter class.
Law Enforcement and Maritime Security Training
The U.S. Coast Guard turns to CACI for the resources and tools to support its national and global missions, including maritime domain awareness and port security. Our expert advisors, facilitators, planners, and trainers are deeply involved in helping the Coast Guard build fully capable law enforcement and counterterrorism maritime assault forces; performing risk assessments of the nation's 55 critical ports; and training mobile teams for rapid deployment in case of chemical/biological/radiological events.
CACI performs non-regulatory Port Security Assessments (PSAs) on behalf of the Coast Guard and DHS at our nation's most strategically critical ports and waterways. We employ a comprehensive methodology that includes the industry's best practices for identifying vulnerability and overall risk to port infrastructure. Viewing the port and its waterways from a terrorist's perspective, our contractors identify shortfalls in communications and terrorist awareness, facilities protection, attack prevention, and the port's ability to respond to attacks through its myriad of constituent security and response agencies. Learn more about our work for the Coast Guard.
CACI supports our nation's homeland security, law enforcement, emergency responders, and military through leading-edge C4 (Command, Control, Communications, and Computers) and ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance) solutions. Our command centers, edge user systems, data fusion, and situational awareness capabilities enable decision makers and edge users to find and integrate mission information in near real-time. We collect, process, exploit, and analyze raw information for a wide range of intelligence products and services.
Our systems include everything from handheld devices to large-scale systems that are capable of supporting technical collection in the forms of intelligence disciplines and National Technical Means. Our solutions fully address the emergency preparedness and intelligence lifecycles, enabling clients to detect, identify, characterize, monitor, and thwart potential global and domestic threats as well as understand trends and anomalies, expose vulnerabilities, discover or create opportunities, and influence behavior.
Our C4ISR work supports emergency management, law enforcement, homeland security, and the Intelligence Community by delivering comprehensive enterprise-class solutions and services. This work has included implementing information sharing processes and systems in support of statewide emergency operations centers in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Virginia. In support of the Delaware Valley Intelligence Center, we designed and implemented from the ground up a facility, technology infrastructure, and information sharing environment to support communications, information and intelligence collection, analysis, and data sharing/dissemination for public safety in the four-state Delaware Valley region. Biometrics and Identity Solutions
CACI's biometrics and identity solutions support the homeland security community by protecting and managing vital identity information and identifying actors in high-risk environments such as border crossings and security checkpoints, as well as supporting maritime missions. Our solutions and services provide a framework to check an individual's biometrics against watch lists, authoritative repositories, and identification presented to officials for verification.
CACI also offers a full suite of secure mobility solutions and systems to collect multimodal (fingerprint, iris, face, palm, etc.) biometrics on Apple® iOS, Android™, and Windows mobile platforms. These commercial handheld biometrics systems coupled with CACI intellectual cloud property defeat impostors and individuals who may be using fake identity documentation. CACI integrates the device with our cloud biometrics platform, which allows for maximum uptime, reliability, and scalability in concert with biometric matching software. This power to verify identities in a few seconds versus a few hours or even days is a critical enabler for border security and kinetic encounter scenarios in theatres of conflict. Coupled with secure wireless technology and mobile applications, our biometrics capabilities protect our homeland security customers against evolving identity threats, safeguarding their vital missions. Learn more about our Biometrics and Identity Solutions.
CACI offers full end-to-end mobility services and secure mobile data provisioning capabilities for the U.S. government. This includes our federated app store for iOS and Android, which can be placed inside a government cloud or computing enclave to provision apps and/or other content.
